Master Thesis

A graduate student in the Department of Control and Systems Engineering (Rend Ahmed Bahaa El-Din) received a master's degree in specialization (Control Engineering) from discussing her thesis (Design of the Adaptive Adaptive Controllers of Magnetic Levers) on Monday, 30/4/2018. This section has been challenged by the discussion committee from:

1-d. Mohammed Jassim Mohammed \ President.

2-d. Saad Abdulraza Mekki \ Member.

3 - Dr. Ahmed Khalaf Hamoudi \ Member.

4- Dr. Shibli Ahmed Humaid \ Member and Supervisor.

Teachers in the Department of Engineering and Control Systems are holding a course on (control of processes, types and applications)

The course included the following topics: On the first day and on 4/4/2018, the introduction covered the control of
processes and types of sensors and devices used in industrial control systems, such as control On pressure, heat,
runoff and high fluids. On the second day of the session, which was on 25/4/2018, the design of the internal control model,
which is considered one of the optimal controls and the statement of weaknesses. The design of the retroactive nutrition
control nutrition, which has acceptable tolerance and ability to reject external influences, Simulators on a number of systems including chemical reactor and heat exchanger

The Department of Control and Systems Engineering holds a training course on the LATEX program

As part of the activities of the scientific activity, the Department of Engineering Control and Systems held a basic training course on the LATEX program to write research texts, articles, books and papers.
The use of this program may be a prerequisite for writing research texts in many international magazines and conferences. The initiative of publishing 250 researches in scientific and international journals so a group of
teachers from our department and in cooperation with one of the employees of the Ministry of Electricity organized this session and was presented by:
1- Dr. Mohamed Yousuf Hassan / Department of Control and Systems Engineering.
2 - Dr. Amjad Jalil Hamidi / Department of Engineering Control and Systems.
3 - Engineer Akram Akram Hashim Hamid / Ministry of Electricity.

The course was held for two days from 25-26 / 4/2018 in the PC2 lab in the department, which was attended by 27 teachers, students, and graduate students.
In this course, a detailed explanation of the program and the language of the program was provided, giving detailed examples of the program's tools, providing participants with copies of the program, lectures and examples, and providing them with electronic copies of the books on the subject.

Workshop

On 26/4/2018, a workshop holds on control and systems engineering department to engineers and achieves of labs in order to teach how enter
degrees of students to degrees system.

A group from our department consists from lecturers and students visit to children with cancer and those who
were in the hospital.
The purpose of the visit was to provide gifts and toys, to live with children, to return the lost smile on their
faces.
Where gifts were collected through the Voluntary Fund which was placed in the section and included gifts,
toys, stationery, clothing and various gifts contributed by the students and professors at the university.

ِِAwarded the Master Degree

(Ahmed Hussain Mohammed Badr) holds a Master's degree in Engineering (Control Engineering) from his Master's thesis entitled
"Effective Control of Disruption of Dynamic Nonlinear Systems" on Tuesday, 29/3/2018.
This section has been challenged by the discussion committee from:
1 - Dr. Safran Rahat / President. 2 - Dr. Abdul Rahim Dhiab Hammoud / Member. 3 - Dr. Zakir Mahmoud Nile / member. 4 - Dr. Amjad Jalil Hamidi / member and supervisor.

Participation research at an international conference

Mr. Ahmed Sabah Al-Araji, Chairman of the Department of Mechatronics Engineering, participated in his joint research entitled "Development of free navigation of the robot mobile system based on the cleanliness of digital image processing" at the Second World Conference of Engineering and Science. From Monday, 26/3/2018 at the University of Karbala, with our wishes for further scientific contribution

Department of Control Engineering and Systems evaluates a workshop

The Department of Control and Systems Engineering held a workshop on the use of the database program to introduce the students' applications for the exam committee for two days on Tuesday 27/3/2018 and was delivered by Lecturer Serwan Waleed Jarjis. The workshop was attended by a number of the department's instructors, Workshop positive responses to facilitate the process of managing students' requests in an easy and accurate way.

Master Thesis Discussion

The Department of Control and Systems Engineering awarded the Master's degree in Mechatronics Engineering to the student (Rand Ali Majid) on 19/3/2018 at the discussion

room in the department for her research entitled (Control of the Internal Model using a self-feeding Neural Network for a class of Nonlinear Systems), The discussion committee

:was

Dr. Saadi Abbas Khudair \ President.

 - Dr. Mohammed Yousef Hassan \ Member.

 - Dr. Boshra Kazem Alawi / Member.

 - Omar Farouk Lutfi \ Member and Supervisor.

In this thesis, the researcher presented a technique of intelligent control using the internal model control system for nonlinear dynamic systems. This method uses the NARMA-L2

network, which is built of two neural networks, the two feeding interfaces, as proximal proxies for the construction of a front-end model. Called micro-immune system developed

to train the network architecture used, the simulation results showed the efficiency of the proposed control system in terms of accuracy of control and the ability to remove

disturbances. On this occasion we congratulate the student (Rend Ali Majid) and wish her more success.
