On Sunday, 10/11/2024, a reception ceremony was held in the Control and Systems Engineering Department for the new first-year students for the academic year (2024-2025), in an effort by the department’s presidency to introduce new students to the department and all its facilities and advance them to achieve the highest levels of scientific and cognitive excellence. The meeting was attended by the Assistant Head of the Department for Administrative Affairs (Prof. Dr. Hazem Ibrahim Ali) and members of the New Students Reception Committee. The Assistant Head of the Department stressed the need to familiarize students with the programs and activities offered by the department from its scientific branches and the opportunities available for them to enrich their university experience and student life inside and outside the university campus, and to introduce the most important regulations for university students. Then, the New Students Reception Committee took the students on a field tour of the corridors, laboratories, and halls of the department and the university.
